The next issue of CLOCKED OUT’s theme is “USA AMERICANA,” to be released in time to influence the November election. 

We’re looking for submissions relating to the American Experiment and all of its implications.

Clocked Out Magazine Issue 02: USA AMERICANA submission guidelines:
Theoretical Essays: 3000-4500 words; these essays are the Crux of the mag, so if you have an idea for a topic send us a pitch 

Political Essays: American politics is finally getting interesting again, so there’s no excuse for a boring political essay.

Prose: Be yourself and try your best. This could be a good place to write about the American landscape, and the people who live here.

Poetry: Only if you’re Allen Ginsberg. 

Fiction: Please something good. 

Reviews: of or relating to USA Americana. A review can be of a song; a film; a genre; an instagram post; an article of clothing; a novel; a headline; an event; a place; etc. 

Photography: of or relating to USA Americana.
